Artists’ Talk and Discussion Tonight
Join us tonight for an artist’s talk and discussion chaired by Professor Peter de Bolla from King’s College, in which we draw together themes and ideas raised by the artists and art:language:location. The artists featured will be Laura Napier (pictured, during her performance of Amnesia Painting), Alexandra Drysdale, who’s car M522 HBD will be on site for inspection, and Teresa Harrison, who’s work is currently on display in the Christian Science Reading Room. The event starts at 6.30pm at the Lucia Windsor room, Newnham college, Sidgwick Ave, Cambridge CB3 9DF and will finish by 8pm. Elsewhere, we say goodbye to Norfolk Street…
Last Call for Norfolk Street
A wonderful day today at the Sidgwick Site for the Festival of Ideas, with some excellent performances and many good conversations throughout. Thank you so much to all our artists who took part and made it such a success. More details and pictures to follow in due course. However, in the meantime, this Sunday 27th is the last day for our Norfolk Street Project Space. Do take the opportunity to call in between 11am – 5pm for a last chance to see installations by Lizz Brady (pictured) and others, and to browse our shop for that perfect A:L:L souvenir… Please…
