Announcing Our Artist Line-Up for ALL2015

After much behind-the-scenes activity, we are delighted to share with you our plans for Art Language Location 2015, now live on our website. This year we have our most ambitious festival yet, featuring some of the UK’s brightest artists. Join us for a celebratory Launch at Cambridge Junction, take part in ShowTime!, a full day of pop-up participation at Anglia Ruskin University, and get your walking boots on for artworks across the campus and around town. We’re very much looking forward to welcoming our artists to Cambridge in October, and between now and then we’ll keep you posted with the latest news and information…

Meanwhile Down Under…

The prize this year for our farthest-flung ALL artist goes to Peter Burgess, who lives half way around the globe from us in Sydney, Australia. Although distance is likely to preclude Peter from joining us in person, this has not prevented some friendly behind-the-scenes banter on matters cricketing as we continue to prepare for ALL this October and plan the location of Peter’s work. In the meantime, should anyone happen to be in Australia, don’t miss Peter’s forthcoming exhibition Made in England, which is taking place at the Milani gallery in Brisbane later this month.

Simmering Nicely

Last night was our AGM and a chance to record a huge thanks to our wonderful committee for all the hard work going on behind the scenes. Planning for ALL2015 events and activities now starting to come together nicely, and it really does feel as though the ingredients are in place for a fantastic mix of works and performances this year.
